Increasing team diversity through inclusive communication
DevelopDiverse created a platform that analyses language for inclusivity to ensure diverse communication. With a focus on removing unconscious bias from hiring processes through science-based methods, they needed to communicate this message across all their content, and keep it central as they developed their product.
Together, we developed their brand and visual identity to express integrity, through use of colours, visual elements, and photo style. We also gave direction and examples for their continued development of communication, product, and culture.
